At Mastering Love Rescue and Sanctuary, a 501c3 nonprofit, we are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving homes for animals in need. Our mission is to provide shelter, medical care, and a second chance for the homeless, abandoned, and mistreated animals, in our rural county. We believe that every animal deserves a chance to live a happy, healthy life, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
Founded in 2021, our organization has helped countless animals escape dire situations and transition to safe environments. We focus on cats/kittens, goats, chickens, and occasionally dogs, offering them the care and support they need while actively seeking out adoptive families who will give them forever homes.
Mastering Love is also a sanctuary for animals with special needs, physical or behavioral, that never have to worry about being euthanized for space or sent to another rescue.
In addition to rescue and adoption, we serve the community, as well, through our Community Rescue Outreach Program. We do so by assisting our community members with spay/neuter assistance, and pet food when needed, making sure families and pets stay together.
We rely on the support of volunteers, donors, and partners who share our passion for animals.
